6. Fantasy sports and DFS

Fantasy sports and DFS content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered gambling, financial, or legal advice.

• FanFluent does not guarantee fantasy outcomes or profitability.
• Users are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws and platform rules.
• Availability and legality of fantasy or DFS contests vary by jurisdiction.

7. No affiliation or endorsement

FanFluent is an independent sports information platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, its member clubs, or other leagues, teams, athletes, or organizations referenced on the site unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual property

The original branding, written content, site design, software, graphics, editorial structures, and other original FanFluent materials are owned by FanFluent LLC or its licensors, as applicable. FanFluent does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property, including league, team, player, or other third-party marks, unless clearly stated.

9. Third-party trademarks

League names, team names, player names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Reference to third-party marks is for informational and descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes
• attempt to interfere with the site’s operation, performance, or security
• engage in abusive or excessive scraping or automated data mining
• copy, redistribute, or republish protected FanFluent content without authorization
